99% of the lamb distributed in Japan is imported. Domestic lamb is very rare.
During the finishing period, they are fed a homemade feed mixture made from grains and herbs grown in-house or locally. They have repeatedly reviewed their rearing methods and environment, and the free-range rearing that is unique to this farm produces high quality cattle.

Domestically produced lamb accounts for approximately 0.6% of the total amount of distribution. Our unwavering desire to promote domestic products without relying on imports led us to start selling lamb.
They are usually fed wild grasses that grow in the pastures on the farm, and in the finishing stage, they are fed a homemade feed mixture made from grains and herbs that are both produced in-house and locally. They have repeatedly reviewed their breeding methods and environment, and the free-grazing style that is unique to the farm produces high quality beef.
