On Sunday, February 16th, the "Tategamori Wind Festival" was held at the Tategamori Kogen Hotel.

This time, a free trial session for "Mölkky," a Finnish snack that is now becoming popular in Japan, was held from 12:00. Under clear skies, many people came to try it out, including couples, families, children, and hotel group guests.

The rules of Mölkky are to line up wooden sticks called skittles like bowling pins, and then throw the wooden sticks to knock down the skittles, scoring points based on the number of skittles knocked down. The team that gets exactly 50 points wins.

We played about 10 games on the day, and every match was a close and heated battle. The event was a great success, with participants saying things like, "It was fun!" and "I want to play again!", and many people were able to experience the fun of Mölkky. In addition, everyone who participated received a free "hot spring bath ticket"!

Tategamori Kogen Hotel also offered a special lunch deal for the day only, which was an exclusive restaurant menu. It included the chef's famous fried chicken, braised Tategamori Kogen pork, and additive-free sausages, and was also very popular for its generous portions.

The next events will be the Ark Tategamori Gotsuo Ekiden on Sunday, February 23rd, and the Tategamori Wind Festival Flower and Izumi Park venue on Monday, February 24th.
