At Ark Tategamori, only dogs are allowed to enter the paid area of the farm from the perspective of epidemic prevention. To enter the paid area, you need a "Dog Accompaniment Consent Form" and * "Dog Admission Ticket (paid)". If you bring a dog, please read and sign the "Dog Accompaniment Consent Form" so as not to disturb other guests.
*Service dogs do not require an admission ticket and can enter the building.
If you fill out the "Consent Form for Accompanying Dogs" in advance and bring it with you, you can enter smoothly at the farm entrance. We ask for the understanding and cooperation of all visitors in order to protect the many animals raised on the farm and on the farm, as well as our customers' pets, from infectious diseases.
About admission with dogs
When bringing your dog on the farm, please cooperate with the following so as not to disturb other customers.
Please bring your lead
Be sure to attach a leash to your precious pets such as dogs, and keep the length of the leash within 2m. To prevent accidents during busy times, please keep the lead length within 1m. Be sure to use the extension lead in a locked state.
About disposal of excrement
Please do not leave feces and garbage on the farm, and the owner should dispose of them responsibly and take them home. If marking is done, please wash it away with water and dispose of other excrement etc. properly from a sanitary point of view.
Places where pets are not allowed and notes
・With the exception of some facilities, guests are not allowed to enter the facilities inside the building, such as restaurants and shops. In addition, it is strictly prohibited to enter flower beds or flower gardens, or to put dogs on tables or benches.
・When using the tour bus, you can board the animal by placing it in a cage with a total length and width of less than 120 cm and placing it on your lap. However, you may be asked to refrain from boarding the bus when it is crowded. Thank you for your cooperation.
・When using the BBQ terrace, it is possible to enter the store if you put it in an animal cage with a total length, width, and depth of 120 cm or less. Please do not let it out of the cage in the facility. If you do not enter the cage, you cannot enter the store.
・Niji no Oka View Terrace can be used by connecting it to the square around the terrace seats with an anchor or the like.
Consideration for animals on site
Animals such as sheep, ponies and deer on the farm are very delicate. If an unfamiliar animal approaches, it may cause trouble for other customers, such as being startled and acting violently.
