In the ARK Agriculture and Livestock Department, weeding work continues in the heat of the summer to manage the landscape within the ranch, but all the staff are sweating and doing their best to show our customers a beautiful ranch every day! !

As these hot days continue, today we would like to introduce you to the current state of grapes!

Since May of this year, we have planted 2,200 new Chardonnay trees and 1,400 red variety Merlot trees.Including the previously planted Chardonnay seedlings, we now have over 4,000 Chardonnay seedlings, and in total we have planted over 5,400 Merlot seedlings. Masu.

The trees are getting bigger every year, and this year, the tree, which was planted in 2019 and is now in its fourth year, is bearing fruit, although it is small!

This year, I added a ``vinyl rain cover'' as a trial. It protects the resulting ``fruit'' from rain and disease.

As I observe the vines growing slowly but steadily in the hot weather, I feel like I have to do my best too!
