resting in the shade

It's a day that makes you want to choose the shade and walk on the hot days of the day.

Here in Tategamori Kogen, the wind from Mt. Kurikoma, which can be seen from afar and has a little remaining snow, feels somewhat cool, but even so, everyone wants to rest in the shade of the trees and feel the cool breeze. .

About 30 years ago, with that thought in mind, the trees that we have grown from the bare land are now growing big and nurturing the shade of the trees.

I planted many trees. Now, more than 30 years later, the time has come to organize and trim the trees, which have grown too large and have become unsightly.

For this year's renewal, we transplanted many large and small trees. I believe that many people have adopted azalea trees and planted them in their gardens and hedges.

Unfortunately, there was a tree that fell down and withered during construction. One of the large golden acacia trees planted in pairs to create shade.

I had no choice but to plant the same seedlings again where they were originally growing. It will take at least 15 years for these seedlings to create a large shade under which people can rest. There is no choice but to wait patiently while watching over the years.

Further renovation work is planned for the future.

I would like to preserve and utilize the trees that have been with us for as many years as possible.
