It's been seven months since I joined the company.
This is Taiki Kimura from the Manufacturing and Sales Department.
After graduating from high school, I went to culinary school and became a chef for five years.
I would like to create dishes that will leave customers with a smile on their face with the best food and the best service at the restaurant.
Now I'm working in the same department as a butcher to learn more about pork, and I'm learning a lot.
I would like to use what I have learned here and do my best to make the best pork dishes when I am assigned to a restaurant.
I am still inexperienced, but I will do my best to contribute to the company as a chef. .
