The first thing that catches your eye when you enter through the main entrance is the large butcher showcase and the glass-enclosed butcher room. The meat cut on the spot by the butcher staff is beautifully displayed in the high-class showcase. Of course, you can also visit the butcher's room, so you can see the staff's knife handling and presentation techniques up close.
