Hello, I am Keitaro Nakamura from the Agriculture and Livestock Club, and I am the chairman of the 5s Activity Committee.
The 5s are activities that make the workplace a safer place, improve work quality and productivity, and improve the atmosphere in the workplace. By the way, seiri, seiton, seisou, seiketsu, and shitsuke all start with the letter S, so it's 5S.
The 5S Activity Committee conducts activities every year, but in the reflection of last year's review, there was a lack of a mechanism to return the good points of each department to their own department.
I would like to find good points in other departments and create a system that allows us to think about how we can utilize them in our own department, and create opportunities to raise the level of activities in all departments.
We will continue to improve the activities of ARK as a whole through 5S activities.
