Bologna sausage is an additive-free sausage made with 100% Tategamori Kogen pork and is characterized by its light texture.
You can eat it deliciously by grilling or boiling it, but we recommend putting it in bread and eating it like a sandwich! I put sausage on a loaf of bread, put an egg on it, and toast it in a toaster. Please try it! !
