A long-awaited field dedicated to tills that was created this year. In a corner of the fragrant wind garden, which is about a minute's walk away, a stylish field has been created that doesn't suit the plain name.
Baby leaves, cabbage, broccoli, red mizuna, arugula, chicory, salad burnt, basil, Italian parsley, etc...so many vegetables and herbs can be grown and harvested so close together.
Every morning, I take a short walk and harvest. At lunchtime, they can be used as salads, garnishes, or toppings to enhance dishes.
It is truly a local product. And that is a very luxurious thing.
Right now, I'm struggling to harvest the vegetables that are in the growing season. It looks like we will have to fight against weeds in the future.
We would like our visitors and customers to take a look at Till's exclusive vegetable garden.
