“Spring” was too hot

Thank you very much for coming to our booth during Golden Week.

And the hot weather is short-lived, as May is already coming to an end.

Is it because of age that the days seem to go by faster each year? ? ? .

Well, this year as well, we have been taking care of Ark Farm's proud tulips in accordance with standards during Golden Week, but to my chagrin, I felt that they were past their peak blooming season.

Anyway, this spring has been too hot, even though it's nationwide, and even at Ark Farm, cherry blossoms, wild cherry blossoms, double cherry blossoms, rape blossoms, forsythia, plums, tulips, etc. are all starting to bloom all at once, and what's more, they don't take long to reach full bloom, and there are periods when they're in full bloom. It ended in the meantime...

I was surprised at how fast it was, and I also felt bad for the weather, which cut the enjoyment of cherry blossom viewing in half for the guests.

Even after Golden Week, the heat shows no signs of slowing down, and people are busy watering the vegetables and flowers in the fields.

Sometimes I "bathe" by pointing the watering hose at myself. (lol)

We are currently digging up the tulip bulbs that we enjoy every spring.

We dig up the bulbs that have produced beautiful flowers and give them a short break in the shade with good ventilation. Then, in late autumn, I will plant it again in the field.

I repeat this every year.

By doing so, the bulbs will grow larger and produce larger, more beautiful flowers.

Normally this is the time when the bulb digging process has just started, but this year it ended early and the work is almost over.

This year's winter was mild, and the spring was too hot.

"What about the rainy season?" "What about the summer?"

Every day I can't take my eyes off the weather forecast.
