My name is Chika Hatakeyama and I have been working at the farm market since this spring. I manage to work even though my hands and feet are tied up every day. The staff at Ark Ranch are all tough and have great smiles.

The soft serve ice cream was finally completed using the lavender that was cut and dried last week! No additives or coloring♪ The color is so white that it can be mistaken for vanilla, but the gentle scent of lavender fills your mouth (*^_^*) This lavender soft serve can only be enjoyed now.
