Even though we are in the rainy season, there have been days when it hasn't rained in Iwate, and the vegetables, flowers, and employees are all huffing and puffing as they work.
Zucchini is a rainy season vegetable, but many people don't know how to cook it. Therefore, I would like to introduce one of the menu items from the ranch restaurant Till's: sautéed zucchini.
・Peel the zucchini skin into stripes.
・Slice into rounds of about 1cm.
・Pour salad oil into a heated frying pan and fry until browned on the surface.
・Finally, mix the pine nuts and soy sauce to complete the dish.
You may want to change the thickness of the zucchini to suit your taste.
