It has been three months since I was assigned to the sales department, and during that time I have received many comments from customers.
Ark Farm's products are delicious. We sometimes receive happy feedback from customers who want to come to Ark Farm, but we also receive complimentary feedback from customers.
In the past, when I received a mail-order order from a customer over the phone, I misunderstood the customer because my explanation was incomplete, and as a result, the customer canceled the order. When I received the cancellation notice, the customer was very angry and I felt very sad when I heard that they were disappointed, even though they were looking forward to the product.
In response to this customer's words, when I answer the phone to a customer, I try to explain things as clearly as possible and make sure to respond to the customer's requests. Although I am still inexperienced, I would like to provide customer service that will make customers more happy.
