We received an order for a platter of hors d'oeuvres for a banquet from a fan of Ark Ranch!
That's a huge amount of 29 dishes!
The delivery will be on Sunday the 18th, so we will be preparing a buffet, but it's been a while since we've ordered an hors d'oeuvre plate.
I'm excited.
Mainly ham, sausage, and pork dishes, delicious and beautifully arranged with vegetables, herbs, and seasonal ingredients.
