At Ark, we have a compass called the Employee Code of Conduct that dictates how employees should behave.
Among them, the first one at the end is the title of this blog.
``Contribute to the community and society. ”
There is a word.
One of our efforts is the Charity Pork Show held every January.
As the word "charity" suggests, our products are auctioned off by our business partners and employees, and the proceeds are donated to social and welfare organizations as a charity fund.
This year will be my 19th time counting.
There will be approximately 160 participants including business partners and employees.
In previous years, the executive committee consisted of the executive committee chair, vice chair, and new employees, but this year, members are selected from all departments, so there are many members on the executive committee.
This year, the number of people has increased, so I thought it would be okay to do something different, but I didn't know what to do! ? With this in mind, the executive committee has finally begun full-scale activities in preparation for the actual event in January.
This year as well, we would like to raise even more funds and contribute to the local community and society.
