New products from Tategamori Ark Farm will go on sale tomorrow, December 1st.
This egg soup is made from fertilized eggs called ``Mukatsu Tamago,'' which are produced as a blessing of life by ``Nera,'' a breed of chicken raised on farms that is said to be most suitable for grazing.
The basic chicken stock soup is an original product only available at Tategamori Ark Farm, which is carefully made from our own chives at Restaurant Till's.
This product is manufactured using the freeze-drying method, so it can be easily consumed at home.
During busy mornings, just pour boiling water over the product and make egg soup in just 1 minute!
As a late night snack, you can make it a simple and luxurious rice porridge by adding a little extra work and mitsuba leaves with rice!
The feature of this product is that each egg soup contains about half an egg, more than double the amount of traditional eggs, so that you can fully enjoy the deliciousness of eggs. Not only that, but the basic soup is made from the chicken bones of Nera, which lays the eggs.
We are currently developing recipes so that you can not only enjoy it as a soup as mentioned above, but also as porridge, noodles, and stir-fries.
