Christmas is coming soon. What kind of Christmas are you planning?
Till's will welcome customers with a special Christmas menu on the 19th, 20th, and 23rd.
The menu that has been decided so far is roast chicken. Chicken stew in tomato. Creamy chicken stew. Please look forward to seeing which one you win over the next three days. And then there's the warm pot-au-feu, a collaboration of salt pork seasoned with ranch vegetables and herbs. Ancient egg pudding. We will prepare dishes that would normally take too much effort to serve even if you wanted to.
This is a dish that can only be made now.
This is our first attempt at a Christmas menu this year, but we would be happy if it becomes established next year and people want to spend Christmas at Ark Ranch.
And the 23rd is the last day of Till's business this year.
