This year marks the fourth year since I joined the company.
This year, my second year in the fattening department, I was given the responsibility of managing the first stage of fattening.
The first stage of fattening is the part that determines the taste of the pigs, so we raised them with all our heart so that everyone could enjoy delicious Tategamori Plateau pork.
We will continue to work hard to raise Mori Kogen pigs that are even more delicious and healthy next year, so we look forward to your continued support.
