My name is Kisara Sawada and I am in charge of the farrowing shed at Fujisawa Farm in the Pig Farming Division.

Last year, in my second year at the company, I had a direct subordinate for the first time, and my responsibilities increased, so I gained a lot.

In 2016, my third year at the company, I will try to absorb everything with an open mind and not be stuck in a box.
Also, I will try to remember to make time to help with tasks other than my own.

My personal goal is to ``Think about it once more before putting it into words.'' ”I want to aim for that.
