Today I'd like to introduce you to a spinach and bacon yogurt salad that feels like spring.
Boiled pesticide-free, organically grown spinach grown on farms that has become sweeter after the cold winter, mixed with onion slices and crispy bacon, seasoned with plain yogurt, lemon juice, honey, olive oil, salt and pepper. We serve it as a buffet with sauce on it.
Spinach and crispy bacon paired with sweet and sour yogurt make this a delicious salad.
