This time, we visited the Tategamori Ham Factory early in the morning to observe the production of additive-free ham and sausage.

At Fujisawa Farm, we were given an explanation about Tategamori Plateau pigs, and we also got to see pastured pigs.
We also introduced Wakaba Co., Ltd., which is the cornerstone of our group, and talked about circular agriculture.
President Hashimoto spoke about the hardships he faced in the early days of operation.
After that, for lunch we had Tategamori Plateau pork bone-in loin steak and the new Tategamori Plateau pork fillet cutlet.
Everyone enjoyed it.
