Introducing the popular Langue de Chat♪
It is a traditional sweet that has been around since the 17th century, and apparently means "cat's tongue" in French.
As the name suggests, it has an elongated shape similar to a cat's tongue.
At Ark, we carefully add butter and Hokkaido beet granulated sugar to the egg whites of our own ``Mukatsu Tamago'' and ``Yukichikara'' wheat, squeeze out each dough one by one, and bake it.

We are selling a set of Lavender Lang Docha, which is made by soaking lavender in syrup and baking it, and two drip coffees from Kesennuma Anchor Coffee Onodera Corporation (¥600).
