Ark Co., Ltd. has implemented a committee system in which all employees participate as a group-wide activity.

Approximately 100 staff members from each division are divided into six teams, and each team carries out activities for one year according to a set theme.

On November 10th, the ``1st Ark School'' sponsored by the ``Employee Satisfaction Improvement Committee'' was held.

Since our company is a group that is developing the sixth industry, we are not limited to specific operations, so it is important for us to exchange information about operations, products, etc. with other departments.

Therefore, we would like to have employees explain the product and work content themselves and exchange information, so that all employees can carry out their daily business activities after knowing the product and the business content of other departments. We held tastings and activities reports from the pig farming division and the farm division.

On the day of the event, nearly 100 staff members gathered at the Farm Division and shared their precious time together for about two hours, with committee staff playing the central role.

It was a day that made me feel encouraged that events like this are becoming more and more common among our employees.
