It was the second half of this year, when we were screaming in the heat of summer, and then we passed through autumn and suddenly felt like the trees were dying.

Now, our farm department is currently working on winter enclosures for flowering trees in preparation for next year, and moving flowers that are sensitive to the cold to greenhouses.

In addition to this work, we are also promoting the cultivation and management of winter vegetables and winter enclosures.

Among these, Komatsuna is the representative winter vegetable.

Komatsuna is cultivated in 10 of the 20 greenhouses.

They are currently growing well and are being shipped to Iwate Co-op almost every day.

​Of course, as our products are grown organically and without pesticides, we are grateful for the support of many customers.

The amount of shipments will increase as we approach the year-end and New Year holidays, so we would like to respond appropriately.
