Happy new year
The natural food restaurant "Til's" in Tategamori Ark Farm will be open from January 7th until mid-March.
We hold lunch buffets and sweets buffets on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Regarding the lunch buffet, new kitchen staff will be added at the end of the year and we are developing a new menu.
We will also release new items on the lunch buffet menu until March.
On January 7th and 8th, a new item, ``Shoulder Loin Poire'', will be released.
This recommended dish is made with Tategamori Plateau pork gravy, balsamic vinegar, apple cider vinegar, and a special sauce made from farm herbs.
In addition, at the "Sweets Buffet" that started last September, we have 10 items original to the ranch pastry chef.
