February is coming to an end, and we are working hard to prepare vegetables for spring.
However, it's still winter, and even though it's warm inside the house during the day, at night it's just as chilly as outside.
Therefore, in order to raise the temperature to a certain extent even at night, we are building another greenhouse within a greenhouse, or in other words, a double greenhouse, to cultivate crops.
By the way, right now in our greenhouse, we are cultivating komatsuna and mabato stool shipped from the co-op, vegetables for sale at the farm market, and planting vegetable seedlings for spring and summer harvest.
We will continue to work hard to ensure that many vegetables are used in cooking during the full season, and that many of them are on display at farm market stores.
