Now in its second year, the monthly New Leaders Camp training session for mid-career employees has finally reached its final session.
New Leaders Camp is a training program aimed at learning about the ideal leader and leadership, and improving skills.
After nine training sessions, I think it was a good opportunity for the participants to think about self-awareness and responsibility once again.
I strongly hope that each of you will take advantage of what you have felt and learned and become a leader who can lead Ark Co., Ltd.
