Today, April 1st, the third installment of the National Herb Summit in Ichinoseki pre-event, ``Health Seminar with Flowers and Greenery,'' was held at Tategamori Ark Farm.
The lecturers included Dr. Setsuko Grosse, a horticultural therapy practitioner, Dr. Taeko Shishido, head of the Sendai branch of the Japan Herb Society, and Dr. Iku Oba, a gathering lecturer.
At the tasting corner, which many people say they look forward to every time, we offer 6 types of dishes using herbs and 5 types of herbal tea.
In addition to products made with herbs, the display and sales corner featured a variety of products, including wild vegetables such as Gyoja garlic, and processed apples produced locally in Fujisawa Town.
Although we cannot make any announcements yet, we will continue to prepare various schemes until June 24th and 25th.
