​My name is Teppei Matsubara, Sales Department, Tokyo Sales Office.
I joined the company mid-April this year.

Based on the philosophy that "food is life", we continue to make only the food we want our beloved family and loved ones to eat.

It was the ranch training that made me realize it.

​When working as a salesperson, I participated in the training and had a very valuable experience at actual sites such as pig farming, poultry farming, farms, ham factories, and fertilizer centers.

How are the various ingredients that are usually brought to the dining table produced and processed?
In fact, it takes the hands of various people until it reaches your hands.

​At Tategamori Ark Ranch, we use 100% Tategamori Kogen Pork, which is the raw material, because it is all produced in-house.
We manufacture processed products using pesticide-free and organically grown vegetables and wheat grown on our own farm.
​This is really amazing! Bread, pork buns, and shumai made with pesticide-free organic wheat are also very popular!

​Actually, what I secretly enjoy at work and in my private life is telling people who don't know about Tategamori Kogen pork.
