The mornings and evenings are cool and the sun sets, but it's getting early, and it's starting to feel like autumn.
Well, today, I would like to introduce a little about pickled thigh meat in moromi.
A collaboration product of Tategamori Kogen pork thigh and moromi miso from Yagisawa Shoten, a long-established store in Iwate Prefecture.
Iwate's unique moromi pickles bring out the deliciousness of Tategamori Kogen pork.
Here are some delicious ways to eat it.
First, let it defrost naturally, and remove the bleach after reaching room temperature.
Bringing it to room temperature before cooking makes it even more delicious.
Cover the frying pan with oil and steam-fry over low to medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Turn the meat over, cover it again, and steam-grill it over low heat for about 30 minutes.
Set aside and enjoy.
The taste is a little strong, so it's perfect for beer snacks!
We are selling frozen at ¥ 570 at the farm market.
