We would like to introduce you to a pork bun class that will make you happy this coming season.

The pork buns currently sold at Tategamori Ark Farm are made one by one by hand using flour, pork, and lard from the farm.

The pork bun experience class recreates the process of making pork buns.

The dough is made from wheat flour etc. from the farm, and ingredients made by frying Tategamori Kogen pork and onions are wrapped in the dough, fermented, and then fried with insects.

The finished product is the only pork bun in the world.

Enjoy the piping hot and fluffy pork buns, and take the remaining pork buns home as souvenirs.
