The buffet menu at Restaurant Til's has started offering menus using autumn vegetables! !
Today we will introduce you to the first part!

"Sweet Potato Stewed with Lemon" using sweet potatoes grown on the farm.
Speaking of sweet potatoes, do you mean roasted potatoes? Steamed sweet potato? No, it's delicious even when boiled. A sweet dish made by simmering sweet potatoes with lemon and sugar.
You can feel the sweetness of the sweet potato, and the freshness of the lemon, making it a flavor that you will never get tired of!

"Namul of Komatsuna".
A dish where you can directly enjoy the crunchy texture of komatsuna grown on the farm.
The seasoning is simple, so you can enjoy the natural taste and texture of vegetables.
