Hello.

​This is Igari from the Pig Farming Division.
This time I would like to talk about the 2nd Ark Juku held last month.
​Ark Juku is a training session for employees sponsored by the Employee Satisfaction Committee.
At ARK Juku, we aim to learn about other departments that are difficult to know about, learn about the roles they play and the thoughts of the people working there, and learn about them in order to help them with their daily work.
At this Ark School, there were two presentations by Wakaba Co., Ltd. and Handmade Co., Ltd. Tategamori Ham Kobo, and all employees reconfirmed the roles and thoughts of each department.
I will be able to utilize what I have learned through this training in my daily work and give it back to our customers.
