Hiroshima is Japan's number one producer of lemons.
It seems that the product was developed to promote the lemon.
Since Hiroshima lemons are edible, even the skin is edible, slice them with the skin on and enjoy.
I haven't tried it yet, but I wonder what it would be like if I added Tategamori Kogen pork.
Maybe it's the refreshing acidity? .

When introducing Tategamori Kogen Pork to customers at the store, it would be nice to eat shabu-shabu with shabu-shabu slices.
The meat is soft, so even if you eat it as a regular slice, you'll feel like you're eating meat.
