The second series of "Cooking Classes" at Restaurant Til's, which started this year from November 2017 to March 2018, will be held on Saturdays so that many customers can participate.
This time as well, the menu is made with ingredients sourced from farms.
The first menu is
・Roasted Tategamori Plateau pork made with lavender honey from the farm
We use rose block (https://www.arkfarm.net/products/detail/13), which allows you to enjoy the "fatty taste" that is the characteristic of Tategamori Plateau pork, and a world-class honey harvested on a farm. This grilled pork is made with luxurious lavender honey, which is rare in Japan. A masterpiece that combines the scent of honey and the deliciousness of fatty meat, now available on your dining table at home!
・Gnocchi Genovese made with ranch potatoes, organic JAS wheat, old eggs, and basil
Gnocchi made with freshly laid eggs and vegetables from the farm, finished with the classic basil Genovese, will be a new menu item this winter!
