Today, I would like to tell you about the cooking class that was held today, November 18th.

"Tategamori Ark Farm Natural Food Restaurant Till's Cooking Class" will be taught by the vegetable sommelier of Restaurant Till's.
After the last cooking class, we wanted to convey the goodness of Tategamori ingredients to our customers even more.
It will be held again this time!

We have received reservations for 8 people for today's first cooking class.
Those who took the previous cooking class and participated again this time, those who participated as a parent and child, those who participated as a couple...
Although there were a variety of people, there was a friendly and lively atmosphere during the course*.

Today's menu is ``Gnocchi Genovese made with grilled Tategamori Plateau pork using ranch-produced salvia honey, ranch-grown potatoes, organic JAS wheat, old eggs, and basil.''
Of course, all ingredients are grown on farms.
After the class, you can eat the finished dishes yourself, and everyone eats it perfectly!
At that time, I could tell that they were satisfied.
In particular, the Genovese was very popular and was said to be delicious! ☺︎

I am glad that the customers who participated this time took the plunge and participated! it was fun! I want to participate again! We have also heard from you! ! Very happy! \(^^)/

There are 4 cooking classes in total.
The next and second event will be on Saturday, December 16th!
Each day has a different menu, so we hope you'll enjoy it no matter which day you attend.
We have already received many reservations, but there are still spaces available all day long, so please feel free to make your reservations!
