Happy new year.
My name is Sawada and I belong to the breeding team at Fujisawa Farm, Pig Farming Division.
It's 2018, and April will mark my 5th year with the company.
This is my fourth winter since I got a job and started living in Tohoku for the first time.
I still can't get used to driving on snowy roads...
However, there have been no accidents so far!
I will continue to drive safely and have no accidents this year.
At work, as the number of juniors is increasing rapidly,
I want to further improve my teaching ability.
While doing my work carefully and reliably,
I want to do my best to become a person who can not only develop the technical skills of my juniors, but also their human skills!
