Pork shabu bean sprouts 《Ingredients》 Pork belly (for shabu-shabu)…200g
2 servings Bean sprouts…2 bags
Alcohol…1 teaspoon
Sesame oil…1 teaspoon
Ponzu sauce…3 tablespoons
White sesame seeds…appropriate amount
[How to make] 1. Place the shabu-shabu meat in a heat-resistant bowl and sprinkle with sake.
Top with bean sprouts.
Cover with 2 plastic wrap and heat in the microwave for 8 minutes.
Arrange the bean sprouts in 3 bowls and add the shabu-shabu meat on top.
