On Saturday, February 10th, Tategamori Ark Farm held a "Gateau Chocolat" cooking class in honor of Valentine's Day, February 14th.
On the day, 5 customers participated and tried 2 types of gateau chocolate.
A gorgeous classroom that also uses chocolate from Chocolatier Palais d'Or, which won first place in Nikkei Shimbun Plus 1's ``Special Cacao Scented Chocolate'' on February 3rd (Saturday).
Made with ingredients unique to the farm, such as old eggs and organic JAS wheat.
We have also prepared message cards to give as gifts to those who participated.
Everyone was satisfied with the gateau chocolate they had made themselves.
again,We are selling precious chocolates from "Chocolatier Palais d'Or" in limited quantities at "Tategamori Farm Market", and customers who participated to recreate "Gateau Chocolat" at home also purchased them.
For the next cooking class, we will be preparing dishes using Tategamori Kogen pork.
