I thought the new year had just started, but it's already the second half of February.
When you think of February events, "Valentine's Day" comes to mind.
We held a cooking class on February 10th to coincide with Valentine's Day! !
This time's menu is "Gateau Chocolat"!
Although it is a fairly standard menu for Valentine's Day,
here"Chocolatier Palais d'OrWe used precious chocolate called ``.
Of course, we also use the farm's old eggs and organic JAS wheat.
We haven't forgotten the Ark Ranch feel.
This is the third time this cooking class has been held, but there are many people who have taken the class since the first time.
There were some customers who had taken the class from last time and left with reservations for the next 4th cooking class.
I feel that the number of repeat customers is increasing.
I also noticed that all the participants seemed to go home with smiles and satisfaction.
The next cooking class will be the last one in the series!
Next time, I will make Tategamori Kogen pork ham and pate♪
