Hello
Ark Ranch Toll Gate This is Konno.
It's already mid-February, but this year it's been really cold and there's been a lot of snow, so it's been tough.
Many of the animals on the farm may also be housed in sheds.
I don't think I want to go outside either.
By the way, I'm not at the toll gate in winter, but I'm at Ark Farm's homemade pork buns, which I wonder if you've ever eaten. Three days a week, three people make 480 pieces each day.As they are all handmade, the shapes of the three people are all different.
Flour, onions, pork, grown and produced at Ark Ranch. They started work at 8 a.m., made the dough, added the ingredients one by one, rolled it up, put it in a foil, and steamed it until it was finished. It will be around.
Pork buns are sold frozen at farm markets, and ready-to-eat at soft serve ice cream nuts.
The dough is soft and the toppings have a strong flavor and are really delicious. Everyone, please try it and see.
For nuts, 300 yen per piece
At the farm market, we sell frozen 3 pieces for 1,101 yen.
The cold will soon subside.
All the staff at Ark Ranch are looking forward to your visit.
