For two years, last year and this year, I was involved in the planning and management of farm events (pig festival/customer appreciation festival, harvest festival/music festival, wind festival).
I had very little experience in managing events, and at first I was often confused, such as how I should interact with customers, and I couldn't explain them well when asked.
However, perhaps because I don't have the opportunity to interact with customers on a regular basis, there were many surprises and new experiences, such as making customers happy in unexpected ways and receiving unexpected reactions.
I was also happy to hear that the people who ate the giblet stew and potato roe soup made in a large pot said it was delicious.
 
There will be other fun events next season as well. We look forward to your visit.
