The long-awaited new appearance of the ranch's original "curry roux" used in the popular "pork curry" at the ranch this spring.

This curry roux is a ranch-original food additive-free product that uses whole grain organic JAS wheat flour from the ranch and lard refined from Tategamori Kogen pork.

It took about two years to produce this curry roux.

“Pork curry” (retort product) was launched in April last year, and “curry roux” and “grilled hamburger curry” (retort product) joined the group in April this year.
