Hello everyone!
My name is Takayuki Furusawa and I am in my third year at the company and work at Hanaizumi Farm in the Pig Farming Division.
 
At the end of last month, I finished freshers camp for training for first and second year employees, and the year has begun where I can no longer call myself a new employee.
This year, I will also have a direct junior, and I would like to face both the improvement of my own skills and the education of my junior without compromising.
 
 
It goes without saying that you should take your work seriously, but you should also take good care of your private life.
I want this year to be a year where I can spend a balanced amount of time between work and holidays, gain new knowledge, experiences, and encounters, and grow as a person.
 
 
With challenge as my theme, I will work hard to improve myself so that I can break through my common sense and see a wider world.
