Our company has obtained third-party certification regarding food safety called "Farm HACCP".
We comply with the standards set by the country regarding livestock hygiene and food safety, and comply with the HACCP system, which is the certification standard.
We are proceeding with farm management.
As a result, in October of last year, we obtained "JGAP: Sustainable Japanese Good Agricultural Methods" certification for our pig farming business in the scope of "livestock and livestock products." (Second person in Japan to obtain this certification!)
This standard is also the procurement standard for domestic ingredients for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, and the "Tategamori Kogen Pork" we produce meets this procurement standard.
Just the other day, an external certification body audit was conducted. (↓ Judging situation)
Although our employees are nervous, they are providing on-site guidance and answering documents.
It ended successfully, and we were able to successfully update the farm HACCP.
While implementing these initiatives, we would like to continue to connect strongly with more customers through a variety of products.
