Food poisoning is something we need to be careful about from now on.
The season of high temperatures, humidity, and bacteria and mold is upon us.
Those of us involved in the food industry are also paying the utmost attention to our work and cleaning.
Thorough hand washing, cleaning of machinery and equipment, cleaning of refrigerators (storage), temperature control of products, etc.
We have been doing this on a daily basis, but we will be even more careful in the upcoming season.
