The most popular product at the farm market is the ``Grilled Hamburger Curry,'' which has been released as a new product since April of this year.
This is a hearty dish with a hamburger steak topped with our farm's signature curry roux.
The price is 690 yen (tax included).

The powdered roux used in hamburger curry has also been released as a new product since April of this year. This is convenient when making curry at home.
``Curry roux flakes'' is a special roux made with whole grain organic JAS wheat grown in-house and lard from Tategamori Plateau pigs.
The price is 485 yen (tax included).

Additionally, starting in April, we have been inviting bakers from Germany to provide technical guidance and develop new breads. We test new breads every day, so you'll be able to discover new products every time you visit our farm.
