I work in hot weather, drenched in sweat every day.
 
This time, I would like to introduce the state of training in the company.
The other day, as one of the in-house trainings for the pig farming division
We held a tour of our feed manufacturing factory "Ark Feed".
 
The employee who participated this time was an employee in the first year of joining the company.
I learned how the feed that is usually used in the piggery is made.

We experienced the work of accurately weighing and mixing trace ingredients such as minerals.

I also experienced delivery by bulk truck that carries bait! The steering wheel was heavier than I thought and it seemed to be difficult (+_+)

Although they use bait casually on a daily basis, I think that the participants' awareness of bait changed after learning about the manufacturing process.
This time it was the production of bait, but it is an experience that can only be achieved through integrated production unique to ARK. You can feel once again that everything from raw material production to agricultural product production, processing, and sales is connected.
I believe that working to develop employees through such projects will lead to satisfaction for everyone.
 
I would like to continue such efforts in the future.
