Last year, Tategamori Ark Ranch started a 1-day farmer's tour. Last year, we basically held a harvesting experience, sausage making, and BBQ in the fields of the ranch.
In the "1DAY Farmer's Tour" held on August 4th, we had a chance to experience harvesting tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplants, etc., and make an original hamburger steak using Tategamori Kogen pork, cabbage and curry roux from the ranch together with BBQ.
On the day of the day, 11 people from 3 families participated. A family from Morioka who came back from Sweden was also looking forward to participating in this tour.
I think it became a precious memory in Japan. The next event will be held on August 18th. Plans such as watermelon splitting are underway.
